Placing an order with us

Please note the following information regarding your orders on our website:

Each order that we accept for products through the site constitutes a separate binding agreement between you and HG Precision for the supply of those products. Please be aware that HG Precision will only accept an order once it has been fully processed and is ready for dispatch.

In submitting your order, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to all legal obligations associated with the purchase of the items listed in your order. Payment will be taken from you at the checkout. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, we will refund your payment to the account it originated from and inform you that the goods are no longer available.

To place an order, select the items you wish to purchase, total them up and add $10 for shipping. Deposit that amount into our listed account and then email us at robhughesgames@gmail.com. We will then send you an email confirming your order has been received.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders at our sole discretion.

All prices listed on www.hgprecision.co.nz are subject to change without notice and by default are for New Zealand customers displayed and billed in New Zealand dollars.

Ownership, Delivery and Delivery Charges

When your order leaves our premises, ownership passes to you.

North Island – please allow up to 3 working days, plus an extra 2-3 days for rural deliveries.
South Island – please allow up to 2 working days plus an extra 2-3 days for rural deliveries.

By placing your order, you are accepting that courier companies will be responsible for carrying your goods.

Please note for your protection that a signature is required for all deliveries where available. The goods become the recipient’s property and responsibility once they have left our premises.

You will receive an email that confirms that your order has been dispatched.

To ensure successful delivery, please provide a delivery address where someone will be present during business hours to sign for the receipt of your package. You can track your order by entering the tracking number emailed to you in the dispatch email, into the relevant courier’s website.

Returns & Refunds

Order Cancellations

You may cancel orders, but if we have processed and packaged it, then it wastes a lot of our time. Pease try order the correct items

Out of Stock items

We work hard to ensure our stock level information is correct and we will not accept your order if we know your selected item is not available. However, should we be unable to fill your order, you will be notified and we will refund your purchase or you may be willing to wait for us to make more stock.

Customizations

For products that are made to order, we require a minimum payment of 50% before confirming the order. Please note that due to the custom nature of these items, once the order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. In the event that you do not wish to proceed with the order after confirmation, you will need to find an alternative recipient to transfer the order to. Please be aware that any estimated delivery date is based on the information available to us at the time.
